Tom Wolf promised Pennsylvania one thing if he's elected: higher taxes.

Many middle class families are sure to see their bank accounts affected by an unconstitutional income tax increase under millionaire Wolf’s leadership.

Wolf has refused to reveal details on how his tax hike would work, or who would be affected. But Pennsylvanians can know that:

• An independent study by the Commonwealth Foundation found that Wolf’s plan would nearly triple the personal income tax rate.
• Pennsylvania’s personal income tax rate currently ranks among the lowest of any state. Under Wolf’s plan, our tax rate would be the 8^th highest in the United States.

While Wolf is scheming to hike taxes, Tom Corbett is the first governor in 40 years to actually reduce state spending before asking for any more taxpayer money.

Wolf started his political career as Pennsylvania’s top tax collector under Ed Rendell, and now he wants to be the top tax collector again as governor.
