Chester County Republican officials on Tuesday joined the call from supporters of Gov. Tom Corbett demanding that his Democratic opponent in the coming gubernatorial election release both personal and corporate tax returns.

CORBETT-CAWLEY CAMPAIGN STATEMENT ON HEALTHY PA APPROVAL

HARRISBURG, PA – The Corbett-Cawley campaign today released the following statement on the approval of Governor Corbett's Healthy PA proposal, a state-based plan that saves taxpayers $4.5 billion over the next 8 years and focuses on Medicaid reform and the unique healthcare needs of Pennsylvanians while rejecting the ObamaCare one-size-fits-all model that continues to fail our country. Meanwhile Secretary Tom Wolf would have blindly expanded Medicaid without any reforms, costing Pennsylvania taxpayers billions in savings.

CORBETT-CAWLEY CAMPAIGN RELEASES NEW CAMPAIGN AD ENTITLED “THREEPEAT”

HARRISBURG, PA – The Corbett-Cawley campaign today released their latest television commercial, “Threepeat.” The ad highlights Tom Wolf's belief in reinstating the Ed Rendell tax-and-spend agenda in Harrisburg that left Pennsylvanians with a $4.2 billion budget deficit and unemployment as high as 8.7%, in addition to his support for President Barack Obama's big government liberal agenda in Washington, DC that would kill Pennsylvania energy jobs. Voting for multi-millionaire Secretary Tom Wolf is like voting to give Barack Obama and Ed Rendell a third term.

Delco Republicans call out Wolf on tax returns

"Secretary Tom Wolf just yesterday said he released information showing he is not taking advantage of the Delaware Loophole to pay less than his fair share of Pennsylvania taxes. However, earlier today he once again said he will not be releasing his corporate taxes to prove he is not paying less while asking Pennsylvania businesses to pay more. Which one is it, Secretary Wolf? Just go ahead and release your corporate taxes like you said you would to prove you are paying your fair share of Pennsylvania taxes" -- Chris Pack, Communications Director

TOM WOLF'S EVER-EVOLVING REVENUE PROJECTIONS

HARRISBURG, PA – The Corbett-Cawley campaign today highlighted ever changing revenue estimates by millionaire Secretary Tom Wolf on the amount his planned severance tax would rob from Pennsylvania municipalities and counties for bigger government and Harrisburg's coffers. After Wolf has been challenged that his numbers just don't add up, Wolf has miraculously found another $50 to $200 million in his plans. This still leaves Wolf's spending proposals in the red though and raises the question of what other taxes would Tom Wolf increase.

A financial adviser told a Wyoming County Chamber of Commerce luncheon last Wednesday that he believes an impact fee is the most appropriate way to collect and redistribute monies from the natural gas industry.

GOP officials blast Wolf on tax returns

“Secretary Tom Wolf and his campaign just got caught in another big lie. Today, his campaign claimed that Wolf released his corporate tax returns proving that he is paying his fair share of Pennsylvania taxes. If that is so, why did Wolf recently tell the Associated Press and WHYY NewsWorks that he would not be releasing the corporate information proving that his company is paying its fair share of Pennsylvania taxes? We all know Wolf hasn't released this information, so why is he lying to the media again? Secretary Tom Wolf needs to stop lying to the media and finally come clean on his use of the Delaware loophole to pay less in taxes despite calling for higher taxes on the rest of us.”
