This morning Tom participated in the Economic Summit for Early Childhood Investment forum at the Hilton Harrisburg.  Tom reiterated his committment to investing in our youngest citizens through educational opportunity.  "Education is a prevention issue," he said.  As Attorney General Tom has seen what happens when children do not have access to education so he knows education is a key component in keeping them off the streets and away from a life of crime.

As a former teacher himself Tom has been a long time advocate of early childhood education.  He believe quality education starts in early childhood and that every child regardless of zipcode deserves a quality education.
