Harrisburg– Republican gubernatorial candidate Tom Corbett’s campaign announced today they have raised $1.776 million during the first quarter of 2010 and currently has $4 million cash on hand. These numbers reflect the strongest 1st quarter fundraising showing of all the 2010 gubernatorial hopefuls.
“Our fundraising totals released today show that Tom’s commitment to fiscal discipline, limited government and free enterprise resonates with the beliefs of voters throughout the Commonwealth, and has motivated them to demonstrate their support for our campaign.” said campaign manager, Brian Nutt.
The report released today showed Tom Corbett for Governor has raised a total of $6.715 million throughout the campaign with contributions from citizens throughout the state.
“With just over a month until the primary election Tom will continue to travel the state and reach out to the citizens of Pennsylvania, spreading his message of lowering taxes, cutting spending, creating jobs and charting a course of honest change in Harrisburg,” Nutt said.
