Diamond Pharmacy has been located in Indiana for 100 years and has been owned by the Zilner family for the last 40-years. It is the nation’s largest pharmacy provider to correctional institutions. It began as a downtown retail store. Since then, Diamond Pharmacy has grown tremendously. It is now one of the largest independently owned pharmacies in the nation. It operates a 135,000 square foot state of the art institutional pharmacy, IV fusion facility, two retail pharmacies and a medical supply facility. It is Pennsylvania’s largest independently owned nursing facility pharmacy provider and Indiana County’s third largest employer.
“Diamond Pharmacy embodies the entrepreneurial spirit important to Pennsylvania’s success in the global marketplace,” said Corbett.
