Pittsburgh – Republican gubernatorial candidate Tom Corbett thanked Republican primary voters for their overwhelming support and expressed enthusiasm for the campaign ahead during a victory celebration in downtown Pittsburgh.
“I have a vision for the future of Pennsylvania and it is one that is shared by Pennsylvanians in every part of this state. One that focuses on the future and the kind of Pennsylvania we want to create for our children and our grandchildren,” said Corbett. “It’s a vision of hope, of job creation and of prosperity that is based on real reform, honesty, integrity and leadership.”
“I want to say thank you to all our supporters who have worked so hard for today’s victory. Because of you, we are now embarking on a new journey – a path that we will follow to make Pennsylvania a better place for our future generations,’ said Corbett. “It is now time for us all to join together as Pennsylvanians and work to put our state back on the right track.”
“As the next Governor of Pennsylvania I promise you this I will work with you to lead this great state to do what’s in the best interest of Pennsylvania and to leave a strong legacy and future that will transcend generations to come,” concluded Corbett.
