Tom travels to Clarion County
Attorney General Corbett visited Clarion County on Saturday, October 3, 2009 for a meet and greet breakfast and Clarion’s annual Autumn Leaf Festival Parade.
Tom arrived early in the morning before the parade to greet a crowd of 75 people at a meet
and greet sponsored for him by Clarion County District Attorney Mark Aaron. At the gathering, Tom talked about his vision to make Pennsylvania great again. He emphasized the need for Pennsylvania to create a better business climate and streamline government.
After the meet and greet, Tom walked the parade route meeting Clarion County residents and alumni of Clarion University. The response he received from folks was overwhelmingly positive. We heard many people cheering for Tom and telling him they want him to be their next governor.
There was a large group of volunteers who showed up to help the Corbett campaign staff assemble and hand out balloons along the parade route. In total, the volunteers handed out several thousand balloons to children and supporters of Tom Corbett. This was Tom’s fourth time at the Autumn Leaf Festival parade and it was a great success.
