Tom Shows His Support for PA's Ag Industry

Today Tom released his Agriculture policy paper, "Supporting Pennsylvania's Strong Agriculture Community" during a tour and lunch at Myerose Farm in Elizabethtown.  While he was there he also announced his Farm Families for Corbett coalition.

Happy Fourth of July!

The Fourth of July is a holiday filled with so many of the things that scream summer...sunny weather, burgers on the grill, american flags streaming and of course parades galore to celebrate the past and current sacrifices of those in our armed services and their families.  It is a great time to remember that the freedoms and rights we enjoy as Americans did not come free, or easy.  The men and women who fought for this country at it's inception and those who fight to protect it today are true heros, and we honor them by taking time this weekend to remember the

Tom Talks Jobs at William F. Goodling Regional Advanced Skills Center

Yesterday, Tom toured the William F. Goodling Regional Advanced Skills Center in York.  He saw how both local high school students and adults were being trained for high skilled, well paying industrial jobs and spoke with recent grads from the center.

Greetings from the Sweetest Place on Earth!

The Corbett campaign is with the Republican State Committee members this weekend in Hershey.  Congratulations on all of the victories and to the new members of the committee.

Thank You

Even on the heels of a great victory in the Primary Election, your support continues.    Monday, June 7, marked an important campaign finance filing deadline, where we reported the money raised since the Primary Election.  We asked for your help in raising $30,000 and are pleased to announce that we surpassed the goal. People across the commonwealth came together to show support.

Your Chance to Send a Clear Message

Tonight is the deadline for the first financial filing of the gubernatorial election.  If you’ve had enough of Ed Rendell’s tax and spend policies, this is your chance to send a clear message that you will not tolerate politics as usual in Pennsylvania.

With a strong financial showing in this filing Tom can show his opponent that Pennsylvania’s voters are ready for a campaign of substantive plans for the future, plans that put Pennsylvania taxpayers first as we return prosperity to the Commonwealth.

We need your help to spread the truth about Tom's plans for Pennsylvania

This week's jobs figures show that too many Pennsylvanians are still without a job. Unlike our opponent who is more focused on presenting negative attacks, Tom Corbett has already presented real solutions to create jobs, as well as to reform our state's government, improve Pennsylvania's public education system, and make the commonwealth an energy leader.

But unless we have the resources to spread the word about Tom's plans and fight back against partisan attacks from our opponent, these solutions will never be put into place.

In our last blog post we discussed a few ways you can stay on top of this year’s gubernatorial campaign and Tom Corbett for Governor activities.  Below are a few more, take advantage of these resources and you’ll be ready to cast an informed vote in November for PA’s next governor.

Welcome to Summer...

Welcome to summer!  With sunny days and parades galore finally upon us, Tom Corbett for Governor is running strong in preparation for the November general election.  This is an important race for the Commonwealth, one that will decide if we will continue on this course of unaffordable taxing and spending, or make a shift and right the course of our state.

Happy Memorial Day

Here's to hoping everyone enjoys a relaxing Memorial Day holiday!  Tom will be across the state celebrating in various community parades in central and western PA.  Please check out the events section of the website or our facebook page for more information.

We hope you enjoy the holiday and don't forget to take some time to remember the brave Americans this holiday is meant to celebrate.
